Delivery methods
The delivery method is defaulted to be a road-freight method. Our standard delivery is by CouriersPlease, Toll, AustPost, and other national Road Express services.
Under urgent situations, you can contact us before placing the order to use overnight express road-freight or by air. Higher costs will apply accordingly.
Delivery Cost
Standard delivery cost is calculated at checkout and it will be influenced by weights, measurements, and your location.
For an estimated delivery cost, please add all the items to your cart, add a delivery address and then use the shipping estimator.
Delivery time
Orders are usually processed within 1-4 business days unless otherwise stated in the product description or your confirmation email. Most orders will be dispatched on the next working day. Road-freight delivery will take between 1-10 business days to arrive at your end.
Delivery from overseas
We don’t normally ship products between Australia and other countries.
For special orders (Order base items) we may be able to arrange shipments directly from China to you, provided that certain terms and conditions are met.
